For that strong as Serena’s backhand!
You see your dad is not just your dad
Your mum much more than your mum
They have amazing talents
And a personality wholesome!
What’s even more a bonus
you may get those talents too
Plus the gift of your times
A concoction that’s uniquely you!
You may inherit that beautiful voice
A passed on trait from Dad
Your mother’s inner strength and grit
You may wish you had
For when the dice of genes are rolled
You’ll never know what you’ll land
But whatever it is you get as a gift
Make sure to build it grand
